The cleanse is customizable for all three doshas - vata, pitta and kapha. It is not recommended if you are nursing or pregnant.

Q. What does the cleanse entail?

Your at home cleanse will incorporate nourishing foods like kitchari to detoxify the body and restorative self-care practices to soothe you mind and spirit. For best results, you’ll want to limit substances like sugar, caffeine and alcohol and give yourself plenty of time to rest.

Q. How will I prepare?

You’ll receive a cleanse guide and supply list with just a few basics (rice, mung dal, spices, etc). Watch short video lessons to learn about about digestion and seasonal cleansing. Then plan your cleanse length and start date.

Q. When can I do the cleanse?

Anytime! You can choose your start date and cleanse length to fit your needs. You can re-visit the cleanse whenever you need a reset or at the change of seasons.
