I always have a few different sauces on hand to make meal time EASY. Most of our meals involve veggies + grains + sauce. Some favorites include -

Ingredients:
1 cup sunflower seeds, soaked
½ bunch cilantro, stems and all
1 lime juiced
1 T miso paste
To Make:
Drain and rinse sunflower seeds. Blend all ingredients, adding water until desired consistency is reached. For brightest flavors, use immediately. Keep in an airtight glass jar in fridge.
